I think this states that Bush has enough work to do, yet McCain and Palin don't care. McCain and Palin are standing outside the Whitehouse; they are in a speech stand with no crowd. This shows how they are giving a bunch of pointless speeches. McCain is saying," Watch out Mr. Bush! With the exception of economic policy and energy policy and social issues and tax policy and foreign policy and supreme court appointments and rove-style politics, we're coming in to shake things up!" This further shows McCain doesn't care about Bush's other things he has to do, he just wants to mess him up so he can look good. In all, McCain and Palin don't care about anything but winning the election.
